- Although the Writer / Expert had been scheduled / assigned, you opted to cancel the

Writer and the company for the time and effort they put forth in an attempt to supply you with
the goods and services that you ordered from them.
- However, even after the Writer had been assigned and more than half of the
remaining timeframe had elapsed, the client chose to cancel the purchase. The refund might
range between 50% - 0% to compensate the Writer and the firm for their efforts to meet your
purchase request.
- Late Delivery: It can only happen in case of unforeseen reasons with the Writer like
being unwell or an emergency situation. To make up for the late delivery, the firm will issue a
refund in an acceptable amount. The accurate price will be negotiated with the client and
determined by the length of the delay and the circumstances.
- It is assured that all orders will be delivered on time. Sometimes delays occur as a
result of the customer's failure to upload the necessary materials on time. In this scenario,
there is no possibility of a refund. To avoid this from happening, it is usually preferable to
submit all relevant information about the work, including any additional sources that may be
required, at the time the order is being booked.

dissatisfaction with the quality and specifications of the job into consideration and then

performed, regardless of the result. If the claim is proven legitimate, the claim will be

Duplicate Order/Transaction
- Accidental Duplicate Order: If you place an extra copy or order accidentally, please

Refund Processing
